Design Services
Once a design project is initiated and the planning phase has begun, if you choose to discontinue our services, Vaughn Industries will bill for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. If no work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any direct costs already incurred.
Product Orders
For any products ordered through Vaughn Industries, refunds will adhere to the terms and conditions of the suppliers. If a product is faulty or does not meet the specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund as per the supplier's policy.
